About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
  • Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver effective care plans.
  • Administer and record medication, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and improve our services.

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of care planning processes and medication administration.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives.
