About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, championing a high-performance environment, and contributing to an inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal control mechanisms
  • Provide administrative support, responding to inquiries related to record management and vendor solutions
  • Record, maintain, and send employee paper files to third-party vendors for secure storage
  • Ensure sensitive and confidential information is handled securely and in compliance with organizational policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and propose recommendations to leadership

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administration
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Prior administration experience preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Prior project coordinating experience
  • Bilingual French/English language skills

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
