Event Coordinator Job Description

At MicroSpec Systems Inc., we're a leading provider of event technology solutions. As an Event Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and their attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their registration needs and preferences
  • Design and implement online registration suites using our proprietary software
  • Prepare and execute on-site registration systems, ensuring seamless event experiences
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in computer hardware and software, with experience in proprietary software a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
