Event Coordinator Job Description

At MicroSpec Systems Inc., we're a leading provider of registration and ticketing services, as well as document management and verification systems, appointment software, and self-serve kiosks. With a diverse portfolio of offerings, we cater to events of all sizes, from intimate conferences to large-scale trade shows with tens of thousands of attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to understand their registration needs and build their online registration suites using our proprietary software.
  • Prepare onsite registration systems and handle all the details that come with major project coordination.
  • Support customers from agreement signing to on-site event setup.
  • Design and print trade show badges using proprietary software.
  • Work on-site at shows across North America.
Requirements:
  • Degree or certifications in Project Management or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as project coordinator or similar.
  • Comfortable with computer hardware and software.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Troubleshooting and quality control mindset.
