About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration Coordinator to join our team at MicroSpec Systems Inc. As a key member of our B2B division, you will be responsible for coordinating the registration process for assigned events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients from agreement signing to on-site event execution
  • Communicate with clients to coordinate event needs, providing professional and timely responses
  • Setup online registration suites using our proprietary software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution and meet client expectations
  • Prepare show materials, including trade show badges, using proprietary software
  • Support Lead Retrieval services for exhibitors
  • Work on-site at events across North America, monitoring and responding to client inquiries
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree or certification in Project Management or similar field
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a project coordinator or similar role
  • Process-oriented with near-perfect accuracy in attention to detail
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional customer service skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A troubleshooting and quality control mindset, with a focus on self-improvement
