As a Seasonal Service Dispatcher at 09 Irving Oil Limited, you will be responsible for engaging with our residential and commercial customers to provide an excellent consumer experience. Your goal will be to answer incoming calls, emails, and fax requests regarding Irving Energy products and services. You will work collaboratively with other departments to assist in the resolution of issues or requests while taking ownership of the consumer experience.
Key responsibilities include generating sales leads, developing an understanding of all our products, ensuring accuracy when requests are logged, resolved, and escalated where appropriate, and handling customer concerns. You will also be required to work well with others, maintain professionalism at all times, and perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance consumer relations and departmental productivity.
Required skills include strong communication skills, problem-solving/decision-making skills, computer literacy, good organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills. Proven ability to multi-task and excellent customer service skills are also essential.
Education: High school with post-secondary education preferred. 1-3 years of contact center experience is also required.
