Seasonal Customer Service Representative

As a Seasonal Service Dispatcher at 09 Irving Oil Limited, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding our products and services. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive.
Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, emails, and fax requests, as well as escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders. You will also work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products to provide the best solutions for customer needs.
- Ensure accuracy when logging, resolving, and escalating customer requests.
- Handle customer concerns and provide solutions or alternatives within time limits, following up to ensure resolution.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues or requests.
- Taking ownership of the customer experience while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance customer relations and departmental productivity.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Computer literacy, good organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of contact center experience.
