Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at CANCO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our retail sales operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Merchandise and Services
- Select and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Operations and Administration
- Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
- Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in a sales or management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Language
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
