Job Description

At CANCO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Merchandise and Inventory Management
    • Select and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring it meets our quality and pricing standards.
    • Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and promotions.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
    • Make informed decisions to optimize sales and minimize costs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
