Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at CANCO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our retail operations and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Merchandise and Services
    • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, taking into account customer demand and market trends.
    • Implement effective pricing and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
    • Plan and execute promotional events and activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Plan and manage the daily operations of our retail stores, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
