At Kognitive Sales Solutions, you have the opportunity to influence your earnings with a competitive base salary complemented by an attractive commission structure, enabling you to enhance your weekly income.
Compensation Overview:
Minimum protection guarantee of $16.55/hr plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Inform customers about the advantages and features of our partner's financial products within the retail space
- Promote sales, brand loyalty, and awareness for our client's offerings
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Utilize innovative strategies to engage customers and communicate product benefits
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with store staff
- Uphold a high standard of confidentiality while handling customer information
