Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial and asset management strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a broad portfolio of corporate services, including environmental services, facilities, food services, finance, and strategic sourcing and logistics.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on financial policies and procedures, and act as a support for the Board's fiduciary duties.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to drive quality, innovation, and patient experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' senior management experience in finance and corporate services, preferably in a hospital setting or a similarly complex organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, partnership, and communication skills, with the ability to serve as an effective leader and mentor to the team.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and sensitive to the political environment in the region.
  • Leadership and finance experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
  • Master's degree in Finance or an MBA, with a professional accounting designation.
