  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Monitor cash handling procedures and prepare accurate reports for management review.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.

  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: SIR, Smart Serve, or IGB certification, as well as Food Safe Level 1 & 2 certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage team lead role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
