Salary: $41.42 to $55.91 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse - RN/RPN to join our team as a Mental Health Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide a broad range of psychiatric and nursing functions to support clients living in a supported housing setting.

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Program Director, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide client-centered care. This includes:

  • Psychiatric assessment and pharmacotherapy
  • Crisis intervention and management
  • Developing and implementing care plans

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an approved school of Nursing with current practicing membership with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • At least three years of recent related experience in mental health and addiction
  • A valid First Aid Certificate and Class 5 B.C. Driver's License
