Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: As Clinical Director of Speech-Language Services, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of S-LPs, providing guidance and resources to ensure the effective delivery of individualized speech and language services.
  • Clinical Caseload: You will maintain an 80% focus on direct clinical work, including assessment, intervention, and consultation with pediatric clients presenting with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges.
  • Administrative Oversight: You will approve timesheets and expenses and ensure that all administrative work from your team is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Licensure: Registration with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA) is mandatory.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Community Networking: Ability to network with similar professionals and organizations within the community to build partnerships and stay informed on best practices, new developments, and resources.
What We Offer
