Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.

At Turkish Kebab House, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurants run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.

Your primary focus will be on managing our restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong analytical mindset. You should be able to analyze complex data, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry. You should have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, finance, and management principles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Developing budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Evaluating daily operations
  • Modifying food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitoring staff performance
  • Planning and organizing daily operations
  • Setting staff work schedules
  • Supervising staff
  • Training staff
  • Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Cost products and services
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
  • Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participating in marketing plans and implementation
  • Leading/instructing individuals
  • Addressing customers' complaints or concerns
  • Providing customer service
  • Managing events
