As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Tim Hortons, you will play a key role in the success of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and lead a team of staff members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Set staff work schedules and manage time off requests
  • Supervise staff members and provide guidance on customer service standards
  • Train staff members on new procedures and products
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of products
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth
