Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Original Joe's Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, including floors, counters, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
