Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Royal Bee White Oaks. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently to meet sales targets.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that the store is staffed appropriately at all times.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.

The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail required. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
