Compensation

The total compensation for this role includes a combination of base salary and commission, with an estimated on-target earnings of $105,000 per year.



The Opportunity

We are seeking a Territory Growth Manager to work with our Director, Revenue Operations to accelerate our growth in the Kelowna area. This individual will be instrumental in establishing, building, and nurturing relationships with prospects across Kelowna and surrounding areas.




  • You will be responsible for delivering a Category of One experience to our prospects by owning the full sales cycle for your assigned territory.
  • Generating leads through online research, networking, industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Building relationships with prospects, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to foster business growth.
  • Maintaining a detailed knowledge of our service and product offering.
  • Developing and delivering presentations to prospects that communicate our value proposition and how it aligns with their business needs.
  • Managing your pipeline in our CRM, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

You should also have:




  • 3-5 years of experience selling solutions related to technology to C-suite/Business Owners.
  • An Undergraduate degree or diploma, with a preference for Sales and Marketing specialization.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
  • A clean driving record and ability to produce a driver's abstract and claims history letter.
