The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 CAD, depending on experience.
Job Description
As our Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing major accounts in the Ontario to British Columbia territory.
You will develop and execute sales strategies, meeting with customers and making financial proposals, while managing client relationships and government relations.
You will lead the internal sales team, prioritizing tasks and coordinating opportunities, and manage Account Managers by coaching, training, and accompanying them.
You will interact with the Chief Commercial Officer and Account Managers to define sales strategies by product and implement them effectively in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
5+ years of experience in sales and customer service
5+ years of management experience
Strong knowledge of sales funnel management
Basic legal knowledge of contracts
