The Cleaning Coop is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements:
