We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Vaghela Enterprises Inc. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on administrative procedures and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in administrative roles
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
