We are a leading provider of custom window coverings in North America, seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice on custom window coverings, ensuring clients receive the best solutions for their needs
- Work closely with the design team to create bespoke window covering solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and sales performance
- Secondary education (required)
- A minimum of two years sales or customer service experience
- A diploma in interior design (an asset)
- A knowledge in window coverings (an asset)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license is required (with good driving record)
- Paid training
- Commission plus monthly bonuses
- Company vehicle provided
