Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and process orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Minimum of two years' sales experience in a related industry
- Post-secondary courses in Plumbing or a related field
- Valid driver's license
