Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Fitness Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales, meeting revenue targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Generate Sales: Provide facility tours, business-to-business outreach, referrals from members, and promote the facility by distributing guest passes to prospective members.
- Meet Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets set by management.
- Meet Sales Appointments Targets: Meet or exceed minimum sales appointments targets set by management.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries through professional communication via telephone, email, and in-person.
- Community Collaboration: Arrange lead boxes at local businesses to increase club exposure in the community.
- Corporate Accounts: Develop, build, and acquire new corporate accounts to drive revenue.
- Event Planning: Organize events regularly, connect with other local businesses to support healthy relationships and marketing opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management on a daily basis.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain knowledge on Gold's Gym history, background, facilities, and policies.
- Passion for Fitness: Strong passion for fitness and willingness to learn and grow.
- Sales Experience: Motivated to reach sales targets set by management. Sales experience is an asset, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Full Training: Full training and ongoing development opportunities.
