Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Organic Nails & Spa. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales workers to duties, manage sales floor operations, and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Training and Development: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including authorizing payments by cheque and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
