Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at PV Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide culinary direction and leadership to the kitchen team, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Cost Control: Manage kitchen costs, including food, labor, and supplies, to ensure that we are operating within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
