Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Farrier Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they are prepared to handle food preparation and cooking tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Work Environment
