Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Disaster Response Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and asbestos/lead abatement services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and asbestos/lead abatement services.
  • Provide excellent customer service while ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including a well-stocked and equipped truck.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong work ethic, serious attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A clean criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
  • IICRC certification considered an asset but not required.
