Role Overview

As a key member of the Paul Davis team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties affected by disasters such as floods, fires, and other catastrophic events. Your primary responsibility will be to perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and asbestos/lead abatement services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and asbestos/lead abatement services with high-level performance and attention to detail.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.

Requirements
  • Dedication to customer service and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
  • Fluent in English and a clean criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • IICRC certification is considered an asset but not required.
