Role Summary
As a Disaster Recovery Specialist with Paul Davis, you will play a critical role in restoring properties affected by disasters. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and asbestos/lead abatement services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform disaster recovery services with a high level of quality and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work truck and equipment
• Participate in on-call schedule and be accessible by phone
• Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks as needed

Requirements
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
• IICRC certification considered an asset
