Job Summary:

The Account Executive Inside Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding sales in a designated region. This role involves:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior IT executives and decision-makers.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of frontline sales experience in a fast-paced B2B sales setting.
  • Intellectual adaptability and inquisitiveness, with a willingness to learn and apply knowledge to effectively demonstrate and articulate the value proposition.
  • Exceptional communication and sales proficiency, with the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively to both internal and external audiences.
  • Proficient active listening, with the ability to respond to customers in a manner that enhances mutual comprehension.
  • Organizational and time management aptitude, with the ability to prioritize and focus on multiple sales activities.
  • Persistence and resilience, with the ability to manage the sales process and overcome obstacles with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Business savvy, with the ability to leverage insights into the business landscape and information technology to effectively engage with customers.
  • Self-motivation and self-awareness, with a keen understanding of personal strengths and areas for growth.
