Job Summary:
The Account Executive Inside Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior IT executives and decision-makers.
- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of frontline sales experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
- Intellectual adaptability and inquisitiveness, with a willingness to learn and apply knowledge to effectively demonstrate and articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Exceptional communication and sales proficiency, with the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively to both internal and external audiences.
- Proficient active listening skills, with the ability to respond to customers in a manner that enhances mutual comprehension.
- Organizational and time management aptitude, with the ability to efficiently oversee a range of diverse and intricate sales activities.
- Persistence and resilience, with the ability to manage the sales process and successfully surmount setbacks and disappointments.
- Business savvy, with the ability to leverage insights into the business landscape and information technology to effectively engage with customers.
- Self-motivation and self-awareness, with a keen understanding of personal strengths and areas for growth.
