Job Title: Regional Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Specialist to join our team at Lennox International. As a key member of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for achieving individual revenue goals and executing strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, pursue, and close opportunities for commercial customers from various sources, including proactive outreach, inbound requests, and SQLs from inside lead gen.
  • Develop strategies for customer lists, seeking to revitalize dormant relationships and uncover high-potential accounts.
  • Leverage overlay product specialists to unlock expansion opportunities and monitor customer market spend and relationship with Lennox.
  • Coordinate with territory managers to ensure smooth handoffs of customers graduating from inside to field coverage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales/Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools, call automation tools, and Lennox team tools.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to build relationships, listen, persuade, negotiate, and manage time.
