Job Title: Regional Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Specialist to join our Inside Sales team at Lennox International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving individual revenue goals by qualifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with Commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, pursue, and close opportunities for Commercial customers from various sources, including proactive outreach, inbound requests, and SQLs from Inside Lead Gen.
  • Develop strategies for customer lists, seeking to revitalize dormant relationships and uncover high-potential accounts.
  • Leverage overlay product specialists to unlock expansion opportunities and monitor customer market spend and relationship with Lennox.
  • Coordinate with Territory Managers to ensure smooth handoffs of customers graduating from Inside to Field coverage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales/Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with CRM tools, and experience with call automation tools.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, advanced presentation skills, and strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
