Business Analyst for Payroll Transformation

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our client's transformation journey within Human Capital (HCM). The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of related experience, a degree in a relevant field, and experience specifically with Workforce Software (WFS) Time and Attendance Module.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Update documented current business processes for Human Resources.
  2. Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) artifacts such as test scripts, test cases, test conditions, and expected results.
  3. Provide recommendations on risk identification and risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Participate in data conversions and perform data validations for MC4 and Cutover, write SQLs and other tools to help with the validation process.
  5. Participate and actively execute tests during SIT3. Lead testing sessions in UAT to support business area testers.
  6. Manage changing priorities to complete project delivery within defined constraints (time, scope, budget, etc.).
  7. Deliver to agreed upon project plan, provide status updates, proactively identify Risks & Issues to the Module Lead.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated business systems analysis experience for Cloud ERP solutions; SAP Cloud experience is preferred.
  2. Experience with Data Validation and Cutover activities. Write SQL queries.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience working with Workforce Software is an asset.
