Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Randstad Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in SAP implementations and enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert enterprise analysis and business process transformation capabilities to identify requirements and define solutions.
  • Develop and implement new suite of Enterprise Commons (SAP SuccessFactors) software.
  • Prepare project documentation, including business cases, RFPs, and project investment requests.
  • Author and review deliverables, such as business requirements, conceptual prototyped designs, and user guides.
  • Conduct tests and log defects in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Validate converted data from legacy systems to SAP.
  • Act as client liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings and workshop sessions with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in an appropriate specialty, such as computer science or related field.
  • Minimum four years' experience in business analysis, including project experience in SAP implementations and enterprise-scale applications.
  • Proficiency in Workforce Software, AspireHR, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Experience using PeopleSoft, Org Plus, CARM, or other similar automated Payroll Information Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong collaboration skills, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
