The Youth Program Coordinator will work in a group home setting, providing daily support and care to youth with complex needs. This role requires a strong understanding of developmental disabilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support and care to youth with intellectual disabilities and developmental delays
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs
