Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at IBI Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of 1-2 projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client relations and communication
  • Assigning and coordinating responsibilities and duties to engineers and technologists
  • Project budgeting, project billing, assignment, review, and approval of all project-related expenditures, cost estimates, and employee time
  • Completing and reviewing preliminary and detailed designs/drawings
  • Completing and reviewing progress claims
  • Coordinating drafting and design schedules for projects
  • Ensuring that maintenance programs are active for CCC/FAC
  • Completing and reviewing proposals
  • Problem-solving of design and construction issues

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in land development engineering
  • Direct experience with the design and approval process for projects with various municipalities
  • Complete knowledge base for construction methodologies for land development projects
  • Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Diploma
  • Membership in good standing with ASET or APEGA
  • Professional designation of P.Eng or CET
