Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and special customer orders.
  • Train and supervise a team of bakers to ensure that they are producing high-quality products.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet established standards.
