Job Title: Head Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at I Cornetti Inc. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for leading the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient production
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high-quality standards
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
