Job Title: Head Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at I Cornetti Inc. as a key member of our bakery operations.

Job Summary:

The Head Baker will be responsible for leading our bakery team in the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the bakery team in the preparation and production of baked goods
  • Develop and implement recipes and production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in baking techniques and procedures
  • Ensure high-quality products are produced consistently
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize production
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff members
