Chief Marketing Officer at Storm2

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for Storm2.

About the Role

As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, affiliates, and email marketing
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our overall business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, MBA preferred
  • Previous CMO experience with 15+ years in marketing, at least 10 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry and market trends, including regulatory landscape, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Experience scaling a foundational marketing department through managing large budgets and teams, with a proven ability to allocate resources effectively and drive results
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies for exceptional high-growth companies, preferably with a fintech or regulation-intensive marketplace unicorn
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities, with the ability to leverage data insights to optimize marketing strategies
Compensation:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
