Chief Marketing Officer

About the Role:

Hiive LLC, a leading fintech and marketplace startup, seeks an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. As a key member of the executive team, the CMO will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that drives business growth and brand awareness.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and optimize marketing efforts.
Marketing Execution
  • Develop and execute effective customer acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage public relations activities to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and inform future strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies for high-growth companies, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Previous experience as a CMO or in a leadership role, with a strong understanding of the fintech industry and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation.
