At LHR Américas, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to spearhead the transaction development/procurement process for Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT), Build Own Operate (BOO), and other relevant outsourcing models across various sectors, including power, water, midstream assets, pipelines, real estate, and services projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute transaction development/procurement strategies to achieve financial close.
  • Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to assess technical, financial, and marketing viability of new initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor young professionals to enhance team performance.
  • Travel Allowance – annual; based on household member age
  • Vacation & Paid Holidays – 38 vacation days / 4 travel days / 11-13 paid holidays

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or its equivalent is required.
  • 12 years of relevant experience in business development.
  • Proficient in oral and written English.
