**Key Responsibilities**

The nCino & Salesforce Platform Specialist will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the nCino and Salesforce platforms. This role will work with key stakeholders to provide continuous improvement to both platforms while aligning with Coastal's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the nCino and Salesforce platforms.
  • Working with key stakeholders to provide continuous improvement to both platforms.

Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or related technical certifications and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce Administration experience: 3+ years.
  • nCino Administration experience: 3+ year.
  • nCino Administrator Certification or working towards it.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Commercial lending experience an asset.
  • Financial services experience an asset.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum product development methodologies.
  • Loans Origination System Administration experience is an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Windows environment.
  • Knowledge of banking and insurance operations, end-user procedures and workflow, security and risk requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of System Operating principles, design, and components.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products.

Career Band Range (Annual Salary) - $67,883.00 to $90,173.00

The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
