nCino & Salesforce Platform Administrator

Coastal Community Credit Union is seeking a skilled nCino & Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Applications team, you will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the nCino platform.
This role will work closely with key stakeholders to provide continuous improvement to both nCino and Salesforce platforms while aligning with Coastal's strategic vision. You will work with business partners to create opportunities and efficiencies utilizing this technology and workflows, and serve as the advanced subject matter expert for the support team.
Key Responsibilities:- Systems Management: Serve as primary system administrator for nCino application, analyze information from system, application, and user reports to determine the health of the nCino system, develop nCino system management documentation, schedules, reports, solutions, and job aids, manage administrative functions including account maintenance, creating reports, dashboards and workflows, and system configuration, writing formulas and rules and completing other related routine tasks.
- Systems Maintenance: Assess, test, and implement new releases of nCino and Salesforce including a change management and communication plan, apply nCino system and application updates, patches, and configuration changes, and maintain up to date data for systems, user accounts, profiles, properties, user licenses, personnel changes, and user access provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Systems Development: Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to determine business functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment, recommend solutions for new features & functionality using nCino & Salesforce best practices, and develop customized solutions within nCino platform.
- Solutions Support: Act as advanced nCino support for the support team and work with and influence external software vendors and providers to develop products that meet identified objectives.
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or related technical certifications and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce Administration experience: 3+ years.
- nCino Administration experience: 3+ years.
- nCino Administrator Certification or working towards it.
- Commercial lending experience an asset.
- Financial services experience an asset.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum product development methodologies.
- Loans Origination System Administration experience is an asset.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Windows environment.
- Knowledge of banking and insurance operations, end-user procedures and workflow, security and risk requirements.
- Strong knowledge of System Operating principles, design, and components.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products.

Career Band Range (Annual Wage) - $67,883.00 to $90,173.00
The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
