Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled nCino & Salesforce Platform Specialist to join our team at Coastal Community. As a key member of our Enterprise Applications team, you will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the nCino and Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain nCino and Salesforce systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide advanced support for nCino and Salesforce users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the user experience and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in nCino and Salesforce administration.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
