**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled nCino & Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Coastal Community. As a key member of our Enterprise Applications team, you will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the nCino and Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage nCino and Salesforce systems to meet business requirements.
  • Provide advanced support for nCino and Salesforce users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nCino and Salesforce features and best practices.

Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in nCino and Salesforce administration.
  • nCino Administrator Certification or working towards it.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Commercial lending experience an asset.
  • Financial services experience an asset.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum product development methodologies.
